Peak XI Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Except where required by applicable law, all Peak XI fees are non-refundable once charged. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription fees, including Founding Member early-access fees, are final and non-refundable.

Scope

This policy applies to all Peak XI paid plans, including Founding Member annual plans, standard monthly subscriptions, standard annual subscriptions, promotional plans, discounted plans, and any other paid access or membership offers.

No Refunds for Partial Use or Cancellation

Refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will not be provided for: (a) unused subscription time after cancellation; (b) dissatisfaction with the Service; (c) failure to use the Service; (d) change of mind; (e) accidental purchase; or (f) downgrades during an active billing period.

Technical Issues and Service Changes

Peak XI is provided on an evolving basis, especially during early-access and Founding Member periods. Temporary downtime, bugs, maintenance, feature adjustments, or changes to available content or functionality do not create a right to a refund, credit, or charge reversal, except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal of your subscription at any time before the next billing date. If you cancel, your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period, and your subscription will not renew after that period ends. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current term.

Founding Member Rate Protection

If you purchase a Founding Member subscription, your subscription price will not increase for so long as your subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. If your subscription lapses, is canceled, is terminated for violation of the Terms, or is otherwise no longer active, the Founding Member rate protection may end.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged because of a billing error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, contact broadwayperfection@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors may be corrected. Correction of a legitimate billing error is not a discretionary refund.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact us first at broadwayperfection@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any billing issue. Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge may result in suspension or termination of your account and loss of access to the Service, subject to applicable law. We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks and recover amounts owed.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
