Peak XI ("Peak XI," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Broadway Perfection LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the Peak XI mobile application and the website at peakxiacademy.com (together, the "Service").
Peak XI is a soccer training application built for serious athletes, including teenage players. Because of this, we give specific, careful attention to the privacy of minors. Please read the Children's and Teens' Privacy section below closely.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are and how to contact us

2. The information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run Peak XI and deliver your training, nutrition, and progress features.
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: your email address and a password (stored only in hashed form — we never see your plaintext password).
- Name: the first name or display name you provide, used to personalize your experience.
- Date of birth: which we collect to confirm eligibility and to apply the protections described in the Children's and Teens' Privacy section.
- Parent or guardian contact information: if you are a teen who requires parental consent, we collect a parent or guardian's email address for the purpose of obtaining and recording that consent.
- Training profile: information such as your playing position, playing level, training focus, weekly availability, fitness level, gym experience, and unit preferences.
- Nutrition information: meal preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergy information you choose to enter so the Service can tailor nutrition guidance and flag allergens.
2.2 Information generated through your use of the Service
- Training and progress data: the plans and sessions generated for you, sessions you complete, progress and load indicators, and hydration entries.
- Nutrition activity: meals scheduled and marked complete.
2.3 Information collected automatically
When you use the app, our infrastructure providers process limited technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, such as device and app identifiers, log and diagnostic data, and timestamps. We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not include third-party advertising trackers in the Service.
2.4 Payment information
The current version of Peak XI is offered free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider (for example, Apple's App Store or Stripe). We do not collect or store your full payment card numbers; the payment provider handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
2.5 AI Coach (when available)
Peak XI may offer an AI-assisted coaching feature. When you use it, the content of your request and relevant training context are sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. We do not use your conversations to train third-party models, and we instruct our provider not to retain that content beyond what is necessary to return a response. This feature is described here for transparency; if it is not yet enabled in your version of the app, this paragraph does not apply to you.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and secure your account;
- confirm your age and apply the correct eligibility and consent protections;
- generate and personalize your training plans, sessions, and nutrition guidance, including flagging allergens you have told us about;
- track and display your progress;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- communicate with you about your account, important changes, and support requests;
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Legal bases for processing (for users in the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions)
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you have signed up for.
- Consent — for example, the parental consent that permits an eligible teen to use the Service, and any optional features that ask for your agreement. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and improve our features, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data associated with that account from our active systems, and the deletion cascades across our database so that your training, nutrition, and progress records are removed. Limited information may be retained where the law requires it or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Backups are cycled out on a routine schedule.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information;
- Export / port your information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
You can delete your account and its data directly in the app, from the Profile screen — this permanently removes your account and erases your associated data from our systems. You may also exercise any of the rights above by contacting us at privacy@peakxiacademy.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
8. Children's and Teens' Privacy
Peak XI is built for serious athletes, and we know many of them are teenagers. We take the privacy of young people seriously, and we apply age-based protections.
Under 13. Peak XI is not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that account and information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at privacy@peakxiacademy.com.
Ages 13 to 15. Teens in this range may use Peak XI only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. During sign-up we collect the teen's date of birth and a parent or guardian's email address, and we obtain and record the parent or guardian's consent before granting full access. A parent or guardian may review their child's information, withdraw consent, and request deletion of the account at any time by contacting us at privacy@peakxiacademy.com.
Ages 16 and older. Users who are 16 or older may use Peak XI without parental consent, subject to our Terms of Service.
We collect from minors only the information needed to provide the training Service, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising. Parents and guardians with questions about how we handle their child's information can reach us at privacy@peakxiacademy.com.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls that limit each account to its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue.
10. International data transfers
We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
