Introduction

Broadway Perfection LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Peak XI application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your information when you use the Service.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information: Account Information (name, email address, login credentials, and account settings); Profile and Training Information (position, age range, training goals, availability, fitness background, session preferences, progress information, and other information you provide to personalize your experience); Payment Information (payment details are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers); Usage Information (app interactions, sessions completed, training history, feature usage, device events, crash data, and similar activity information); Device and Technical Information (IP address, device type, operating system, browser or app version, identifiers, and approximate location derived from technical data); and Communications (messages you send to us, support requests, and responses you submit through forms, surveys, waitlists, or the AI coach).

How We Use Information

We may use your information to: (a) provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Service; (b) create and adjust training plans, coaching outputs, and recommendations; (c) process payments and manage subscriptions; (d) communicate with you about your account, support issues, product updates, and service notices; (e) monitor performance, troubleshoot problems, and improve the Service; (f) protect the security and integrity of the Service; and (g) comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

AI Coach and Third-Party Processing

Messages and prompts submitted to Peak XI AI features may be processed by third-party service providers that help generate responses or app functionality. Do not submit highly sensitive personal, medical, or other confidential information through AI features. We may use submitted content to operate, improve, and secure the Service, subject to agreements with our service providers and applicable law.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with: (a) payment processors such as Stripe; (b) hosting, database, and infrastructure providers such as Supabase; (c) analytics, customer support, and communications providers; (d) AI and automation service providers that support app functionality; and (e) legal authorities or other parties when required to comply with law, enforce rights, prevent fraud, or protect users and the Service.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

Peak XI is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from another jurisdiction, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
